Monitor and reply to Sales Email and Sales Phone for Leads.
Monitor and identify, gather requirements and consolidate sales leads tfor possible new projects tendered on GeBiz, TenderBoard, Sesami… etc.
Track and manage Sales Leads
Arrange and attend meetings with potential Sales Leads with Project Director, Pre-sales/BA Manager or Commercial Director.
To take minutes during meetings with potential Sales Leads.
Support creating, editing and reviewing proposals and quotations
Follow up with potential sales leads after quotations and proposals provided.
Other Sales Admin related duties may be assigned.
Computer and Internet Savvy
Experienced in using Excel and Online Task Mgt Tool or similar
Diploma in Sales and Marketing related other disciplines
Good written and conversational communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently without much supervision
Professional and confident in dealing with corporate clients and possess effective presentation skills
