Singapore Part-time Sushi Making - Prepare sushi, cut & remove fish skin Maki Making - Prepare maki, slice prawn and cucumber etc. Sashimi (Fish Cutter) - Slice fish and prepare frozen food, timely food quality & stock check Preparation - Top up sushi rice, arrange and prepare fish-related item to the take away counter Other duties - Any ad-hoc duties as required by the chef such as housekeeping Passion in the F&B industry Passionate in providing good cutomer service Willing to learn attitude
