Job Description

Orchard Permanent Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with internal (staff) and external (customer) enquiries Administer and update accounts information (invoices, receipts) into system Attend to walk-in customers & handling telephone enquiries Filing and data entry Any other duties assigned by supervisors and managers. Requirements: Must be able to converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholder
