The Customer Service Assistant reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and manages data in support of the customer service team. Duties & Responsibilities Daily - Generate reports and using vlook up to tally terminal and LARA system containers Mainly data management related. Run c-report for few reports including Allocation and AFP shipments for cargoes tracking purpose Lara cargo allocation Open vessel checklist LARA -Open stop clock/ Print BSR PORTNET - tally containers with BSR using VLOOKUP Job Requirements Able to work in a fast pace environment. Some basic shipping knowledge.
