The Temp HR Assistant will be assisting and driving the full cycle of recruitment and other related functions for our fast-growing Strategic Brands (Cedele, Toss & Turn, Workspace Espresso, Greater Lot by Cedele & Chiak). The individual will work together with the HR team in providing an employee-oriented and high performance culture in the company.
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the work will be exciting, fast-paced, and challenging. Suitable for those seeking hands-on work in a vibrant environment.
Assist on the recruitment for operation employees
Partner with the management, department managers, Operations Team on recruitment
Advise employees on HR and its related matters (recruitment, payroll, retention etc)
Source, screen and interview of candidates through various mediums in a timely manner
Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
Ensure proper and updated documentation of employees’ information in P-files
Update and maintain candidates’ and employees’ records in the system
Assist with monthly payroll processing
Uniform, staff card, name tag, name card preparation and inventory control
Coordinate and follow-up on candidates’ recruitment processes with related departments
Liaise with schools and government parties for recruitment and other initiatives
Placement of job advertisements in job portals, newspapers and other portals
Handle all work pass application, renewal and cancellation matters
Preparation of employment contract and all HR related letters preparations
Manage employees disciplinary, grievances, termination and resignation procedures
Assist and coordinate employee performance through confirmation appraisal, annual performance appraisal etc
Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity whilst maintaining the confidentiality of the HR Department
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Able to start immediately and commit till 12 June 2020
At least 1 years of working experience in HR
Able to work independently as well as engaging with various stakeholders
Good problem solver with great communication and critical thinking skills
Strong knowledge in local employment legislations
Strong analytical skills with attention for details
Able to work under pressure and multi-task
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A people person possessing a good and positive attitude
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
