Support Regional Marketing Manager to develop overall marketing and promotional strategies and execute planned activities in accordance to brand guidelines to ensure overall brand objectives are met. Strong focus on digital marketing and e-commerce, including omni-channel support to drive sales both online and offline.
Trade Marketing support, work with various stakeholders to ensure trade marketing plan is competitive and timely. Provide support to sales teams in execution of product launches, animations and on counter promotions.
1) Marketing (40%)
Launches/campaigns: Ensure launch/campaign readiness, planning and execution of product launches/marketing activations, including but not limited to: Media/communication plan, pricing alignment, stocks allocation, promotion set up and consumer events.
Assortment management; work on assortment updates, ensure validity of codes/manage extensions and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Translation; ensure timely and consistent translation of product names copy for marketing and VM materials, to be locally relevant and aligned with local market/ regional team.
VM updates; work with all stakeholders for new product launch/seasonal updates for instore visuals, trays, merchandising elements, specific instore call outs to ensure timely implementation, communicate with VM team with latest product names and taglines to ensure consistency in message between divisions, throughout TR markets and across all different marketing/VM elements.
Assets management: develop a baseline asset database, work with NY to request and maintain a TRAPAC assets bank (usage rights/expiry dates); for evergreen communication and launches
Alignment; assist with alignment of launch & promotions across the APAC region.
Production of marketing collaterals; manage TRAPAC productions when necessary.
Partner with key stakeholders; Visual Merchandising, Sales teams; Integrated Marketing to execute launch/distortion strategies to support marketing programs and Promotions/Special Events/ad-hoc requests.
Prepare launch recaps and regular category performance.
Assist with the planning and implementation of bi-annual Sales Cycle Meeting, including the preparation of marketing files, working with NY to ensure that visuals and market samples are available before meetings, planning room setup, on site execution, and providing support for retailer presentations.
Procurement support; support Marketplace process, PO management, vendor creation, ensure payment to suppliers in a timely manner.
2) Digital Marketing (35%)
Work closely with RMM and IM team in executing digital/social initiatives and media campaigns to drive consumer engagement & digital outreach.
Retailer Sites update; drive regular campaign updates work with IM teams/agency ensure process/timeline is respected
List/update Products on site: Work IM team/Global Brand for TRDM setup/update
Support RMM on influencer marketing, digital media buys and social campaigns, ensure seeding products are imported officially
Monitor social buzz and trends and translate them to actions to help support business.
Manage TR APAC communication plan on affiliate Instagram account
Analyze e-commerce site performance, customer nationality mix, AUS/IPT and monitor competitor activities to devise
Support other ad hoc digital requests ie Tipping, retailer requests, corporate opportunities
3) Trade Marketing (15%)
Support new door opening Marketing programs including planning and execution.
Work with commercial teams to identify marketing opportunities per door and with retailer marketing teams for execution follow-up.
Manage required registrations to go to market; ie BEC process for stocks, samples and GWP, Thailand market registration, Korea importation registration
Support exclusions process per account, Z002 forms submission as needed
Manage Promo plan – GWP registration, allocation, logistics, importation, manage assembly/labelling requests for GWP
Instore/counter event support where necessary including corporate projects.
Work with RMM on developing strategy, plan and implementation for TREX
4) Sales and Admin Support (10 %)
Participate in all preparation work for TFWA, Sales Cycle Meeting and any other meetings for Too Faced.
Prepare monthly sales report including Category report, Bestseller and SKU report for each market and region.
Coordinate the logistics for samples, promo materials, testers, GWPs. Be the key contact for Bollore.
Provide administrative support to RBGM and RMM such as preparation of Letter of Offer and Cost Sharing Letter for Retailers.
Preparation of launch recap reports: including sales performance, learnings and best practices.
Universitydegree, preferably in Business/Marketing
Minimumof 2 years working experience in Marketing, preferably within the beautyindustry. Experience in digital marketing and Travel Retail is an addedadvantage.
Proficiencyin Chinese is a must (both oral and written). Knowledge of Korean language willbe an advantage
