Singapore Full-time, Permanent $5,000 - $5,500 a month Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations by ensuring operations complying to regulatory and customers’ requirements : Developing, maintaining and evaluating operation processes to comply to regulatory and customers’ requirements; Ensuring operation operates in a secured environment to safeguard confidential information; Develop effective solutions, using proven problem solving techniques, to address non-conformance issues with existing customers and/or auditors; Interpret government regulations and understanding regulation’s intent applying for the organization; Update documentation/procedures accordingly; External audit preparation and coordination; Develop scorecards for various team towards achieving error-free; Track, record and monitor customers’ complaints and service level agreements; Lead and manage ISO 9001:2008 for the operation; Champion WSH committee and be a member of Risk Management committee; Provide guidance and direction in the development of corrective action plans including corrections, corrective actions, preventive actions and effectiveness checks to address audit findings; Support management development of corporate policies, procedures and guidelines as assigned to support continuous improvement; Maintain proper documentation, tracking and filing system; Conduct trainings related to security and compliance; and Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer. Requirements Min. Degree is preferred; Min. 5 years of experience in Quality System Management; Good knowledge in ISO 9001, ABS outsourcing guidelines, BizSafe and WSH requirements; Experience in documentation control and training management; Good interpersonal skills; Good English communication skills ; Ability to manage complexity and strong managerial skill.
