Our International Markets are focused on delivering the H-D strategy to build the next generation of riders, these markets support creating and fulfilling the dreams of our existing and the new riders. The International Market is made up of diverse locations within our Emerging and Developed Markets across nearly 900 dealers in circa 95 countries and is part of the larger Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
From Singapore to Greece and many places in between, our employees are essential to our success. The emerging markets region represents sales, marketing and many other associated activities of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company across nearly 500 dealers in circa 80 countries and is part of the larger International Region of Harley-Davidson Motor Company. The team works closely with the local regional office and the wider organisation including the Company Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA).
This position supports the Harley-Davidson Treasury Services team in the management of cash and protection of Company assets through risk management, risk transfer and process controls. This position provides comprehensive treasury support for assigned areas, which could include banking and cash management, investments, unsecured debt issuance/management, hedging, corporate card, cash flow forecasting, shareholder returns, unclaimed property, intercompany loans, and internal/external stakeholder relationships.
Record, confirm and complete documentation on executed treasury strategies for assigned areas which could include banking and cash management, investments, unsecured debt issuance/management, hedging, corporate card, cash flow forecasting, shareholder returns, unclaimed property, intercompany loans.
Review, approve, and/or execute, under supervision, banking, investment, third-party trades.
Complete basic analyses and reports. Support Sr. Analyst/Lead/Manager on completion of complex analyses and reports.
Participate on project teams as assigned.
Support the Treasury CI roadmap through continuous CI learning and project execution.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is Preferred.
Minimum one (1) years experience in Corporate Cash Management or Treasury/Accounting/Financial Planning & Analysis.
Experience in the use of complex spreadsheets required.
Must be self-motivated with a CI mindset.
Should demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining a broad, analytical perspective.
Ability to work independently and oversee the work of junior members in a fast paced team-orientated environment.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management, and written and oral communication skills.
Requires strong interpersonal skills.
Travel may be required up to 10%.
SAP and bank system experience a strong plus.
