Singapore Your Role Gensler Singapore has established itself as an architectural firm in Singapore and we are now looking to expand our local team. As a Gensler Executive Technical Design Coordinator, your role will be to support the Qualified Person and the studios to manage the technical and statutory submission work on all architectural projects in Singapore. What You Will Do You will support the Qualified Persons (QP) and Architects on the statutory and technical processes in the office. You must possess an excellent understanding of the Singapore’s building submission process, well versed in the statutory requirements, COP compliances and capable of engaging the technical authorities. You will be responsible for setting up and managing the technical standards and submission processes in the office. You will be required to track circular updates from the authorities and provide awareness to the office on recent changes in statutory guidelines or COPs as part of the continuous professional development. You are required to lead the work in the preparation and drafting of architectural documents for submission, tender and construction purposes. You should have good experience in site management and project management, with the ability to manage Contractors on site. A good knowledge of construction details, sequencing and processes, defects are important. You have to be an independent, proactive and collaborative person with good inter-personal skills. Your role will involve working with and guiding studios in their daily work. Your Qualifications Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent. Other BCA Certifications such as Green Mark Manager, Certifications in BCA Code of Practice in Buildable Design, Certification in BCA UD Assessor etc. will be added value. 5-9 years of relevant experience working within Singapore industries / building standards and regulations Proficient in BIM Revit is a must. Autocad & Rhino is good to have Experience in operating authority online portals such as Corenet, Gebiz etc Strong experience and a proven track record in residential and office tenancy works are required. Additional experience in commercial mixed-use, retail malls, retail tenancy works are good to have.
